🐾 Who We Are

Pawsitive Futures is a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing at-risk dogs, educating pet guardians, and building a compassionate, dog-loving community across Prince George’s County and beyond.

We believe that saving dogs means supporting the humans who love them. That’s why we collaborate with professional trainers, foster families, and adoptive homes to host impactful, dog-friendly events—everything from adoption days and training demos to wellness workshops and community celebrations.

Our mission is simple:
To keep dogs safe, healthy, and in loving homes—while creating spaces where people and pets grow together.

🐶 What We Do

At Pawsitive Futures, we offer a full spectrum of programs designed to support every step of the journey—from rescue to rehoming, and everything in between.
Through our partnerships with local trainers, fosters, adopters, veterinarians, and pet-friendly businesses like The Bark & Sip, we amplify our impact and bring vital services directly to the community.
