Creating Brighter Futures for Dogs and the People Who Love ThemPawsitive Futures is a Maryland-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit building a stronger, better-connected dog community across the DMV.

We believe dogs and the people who love them deserve easier access to helpful resources, local support, education, and community connection. Through PawsList, our dog resource directory, we help dog owners, rescues, shelters, pet professionals, dog-friendly businesses, and community organizations connect in one trusted place.

Dog owners should not have to search across dozens of pages, social media groups, and websites to find help.

PawsList is designed to make dog-related resources easier to find in one place. Whether someone is looking for a rescue organization, a groomer, a trainer, a dog-friendly business, or a local event, PawsList helps connect them with options in the community.

Pawsitive Futures believes impact happens through partnership.

We are building relationships with local businesses, rescues, shelters, pet professionals, and community advocates who care about dogs and the families who love them.

Future partnership opportunities may include community events, partner spotlights, educational workshops, resource fairs, adoption awareness events, and Bark & Sip community gatherings.

Pawsitive Futures does not currently process adoptions, approve foster homes, place dogs, provide medical care, provide training services, or guarantee third-party providers.

We serve as a nonprofit community resource, directory platform, and partnership network designed to help people find dog-related support more easily.
